Ordering and Pricing:
We request that initial wholesale orders are a minimum of $250. Consignment is also available in the San Francisco Bay Area. Please email compassrosedesignjewelry(at)gmail(dot)com for a current pricing list.
Production and Delivery:
We are able to produce and ship most orders within two to three weeks of receipt and sometimes as quickly as a week. On receipt of an order, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted with an approximate shipping date and any relevant updates about availability of items. Shipping costs will be added to order upon shipping date. We ship by USPS unless specified by customer at time of order. Orders can be placed by email, phone, or mail order. Payment:
We require a 50% payment deposit on initial wholesale orders within 5 business days of order placement. Any unpaid balance will be due within 21 business days of order ship date. Subsequent orders are eligible for a net-30 account based on payment history and status. Payment is accepted through Paypal, check, and credit card. Credit cards orders are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Returns and Exchanges:
Because we create one of a kind pieces with vintage objects, it is reasonable to expect variation from the linesheet photos. We guarantee your satisfaction by offering an exchange period of two weeks within receipt of the order. The uniqueness is part of what makes our collections special. Customer pays shipping to return exchange order and Compass Rose Design pays shipping of revised items back to client.
Warranty:
We offer a one year warranty on all our items, though we are unable to replace items damaged by being dropped, crushed, water damaged, or otherwise used outside of normal daily wear. Because we work with unique pieces, we will decide whether to repair or replace the item. To make a warranty claim, email us at compassrosedesignjewelry@gmail.com and further directions will be provided. Customer pays shipping to return item, we ship replacement at no cost to customer.
